The Obama Birth Certificate Problem

This is potentially a major bombshell—a true “October surprise” if there ever were one. If it can be proved that Obama was born in Kenya, then he is ineligible to be President of the United States, according to the Constitution.

And the mainstream media doesn’t seem to care.

This is exactly what Philip Berg, lifelong Democrat and former Deputy Attorney General of Philadelphia, alleges.

Note: There are indications that Berg might be a “Truther” (i.e., that he believes 911 was a U.S. conspiracy); but this, as heinous as it is, does not by itself vitiate the apparent facts Berg is bringing to the table. As Michael Savage says in the interview with Berg linked above, at the very least, this should be aired out in a national discussion before the election, and Obama should do the supremely easy thing of proving his U.S. citizenship—if he can.

Update: According to this article, Berg’s suit to compel Obama to prove his American citizenship has been rejected (October 24) by Philadelphia Judge Surrick, and Berg said today (October 25) that he is appealing the decision to the Supreme Court. And according to this article, there are seven other individuals in various states across America also suing Obama over this issue.
