La vida es duda,
y la fe sin la duda es sólo muerte.
("Life is doubt, and faith that lacks doubt is nothing but death.")
-- Miguel de Unamuno, lines 22-23 of Salmo II.
A gem of wisdom that many a Westerner (particularly Chritsians) would do well to contemplate, and which may cause psychological, philosophical, and existential (if not spiritual) problems when unheeded; but which, when fanatically resisted, as it is in the realm of Islam, not only damages the soul of the Muslim, it violates the dignity and person of others, and endangers the world.
