In the spirit of the principle that no news about Islam is outdated (it's all relevant to the ongoing problem and threat it presents to the free world), here's a story I ran across from January of this year.
In a nutshell, it's about Leftist fanatic lawyer Lynn Stewart who actually assisted her client, Omar Abdel Rahman (the "Blind Sheikh" mastermind of the 1993 attack on the Trade Towers and much, much more the article details), in his terrorist communications from prison -- and about how Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, commuted her sentence and then, if that's not outrageous enough, gave her a job as an Acting Associate for the Attorney General's office.
P.S.: The venue disseminating this old yet important news is unfortunate: Front Page's "Discover the Networks", which usually is an excellent mapping of various connections in the activism of Leftist pathology, but which had a bizarre brain fart during the Diana West Imbroglio-cum-Fracas-cum-Brouhaha, and actually put up a Diana West page on their "Discover the Networks", where up on the masthead one sees, preposterously, "A Guide to the Political Left"; not realizing that, in fact, the page is documenting a Leftist problem -- the Leftist problem of Horowitz, Radosh, and their fellow travelers, that is. The Diana West page is still there, apparently (although amusingly when one clicks on "View List of All Individuals" supposedly listed throughout all the Networks, Diana West is not there).
